- Ask for the interior area and whether it includes the terrace or balcony.
- Look for a place to put a suitcase, not just clothes.
- Check where laundry is done and dried, and whether it is shared.
- Ask what is furnished and what is not.
- Find out whether there is a lift or stairs, and how far parking is.
